HX7309 is an active matrix liquid crystal display with resolutions of 640X360. Horizontal digital data drivers and vertical scan drivers are integrated with pixel device to meet the performance demands of high-speed and high¡Vresolution display applications.

HX7309 embedded timing controller generates internal control signals and display high-brightness and high-contrast ratio image quality by color sequential process. HX7309 received 8-bits x 1 dot of digital display data per positive clock edge and 8-bits x 1 dot of digital display data per negative clock edge from external, and generates corresponding voltage output of 256-level gray scale. Besides, HX7309 added thermal sensor and heater to improve the performance while operating in a cold environment.

HX7327 is ideal for embedded and multimedia projector application.
