  LCOS Video Processor    
  General Description
  The HX6271-A is a high integration and performance, low cost video processor with Smart-Edge De-Interlacer (SEDITM), Natural-Contour Scalar Engine (NCSETM), and Crystal-Clear Noise Reduction (CCNRTM) core technologies, which can be applied to portable mini-projector, monitor, etc. The SEDITM engine generates smoother and flicker-less progressive image source for FPD panel. Its NCSETM core can process input and output resolutions up to 1080i/SXGA and SVGA, respectively. Moreover, it can also provide natural contour scaling image and multi-section aspect ratio conversion for 4:3 and 16:9 FPD display. For noise reduction enhancement in video, this chip is embedded with CCNRTM nucleus to effectively suppress background noise and regenerate a crystal-clear image for FPD display from noisy video source. The HX6271-A also provides one path Low Swing Differential Signal Transmitter (LVDS TX) or TTL to eliminate external component and save system cost for LCoS application.
